Chapel Hill Creamery is a 37-acre dairy and cheese-making farmstead located just minutes from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We specifically chose Jersey cows for the farm, since their rich milk produces a high-quality cheese. Our herd spends its time on lush, rolling pastures, and an intensive rotational grazing system has been established to ensure that our livestock has access to high-quality grass during the growing season. We milk and make a range of delicious handcrafted artisan cheeses throughout the year.
