The Southern Cheesemakers' Guild

For more than 19 years, Goat Lady Dairy has changed our customers' relationship to local food and farming through award-winning, hand-crafted cheeses, on-farm dining, Open Farm Days and Community Supported Agriculture.  Each week we make fresh, soft-ripened and aged goat milk, cow milk and mixed milk cheese from the milk from our partner farms Lindale Organic Dairy and Wilderness Trail Dairy.  Located just south of Greensboro, North Carolina, our products are sold at local farmers' markets, stores and restaurants throughout the Southeast and in select stores in other parts of the country.
